Amazing site where pictures simply do not do justice showing what this place has to offer. This property is almost ten feet wider than the standard lot in the outdoor living area. It backs up to a large green belt located between golf holes 13 & 14. No RVs to block your view from the very private covered patio area. No worry about errant golf balls here.

Starting at the front is a paved area with inset stones for the colorful blue trash container. A unique, cart parking spot is off to the side of the entrance. A custom, miniature, house was built to house the cart charger.

Landscape from front to back is lush and well maintained. Clearly this lovely green was designed to create privacy as well as beauty.

The sun patio next to the side yard has a nice dining set. There is additional room should one decide to bring out the chaise loungers.

Step under the super sized, shade structure to a large kitchen with granite counters, large sink, sub zero refrigerator and separate sub zero fridge. A high end, very large DCS bbq has some nice features beyond just a regular grill including a side burner.

A large circular table is centered in the kitchen. This table was custom built with a base that matches the striking rock work that runs through out this entire section. A brick capped low seating wall with the same lovely rock work is off to the side and circles the in ground fire-pit.

At the opposite end of the shade cover is a well furnished lounge area. The cushioned couch, matching cushioned chairs with ottomans, coffee table, rug, flat screen Television with lovely entertainment center are all included.

One can enjoy the striking expansive view from almost any seat found under the cover. Overhead lighting includes three ceiling fans. Several light post add to the ease of enjoying the evening outdoors.
